Children's Health System - Hospital Expansion Study

Poole & Company assisted Children’s Health System in developing a high-level strategic facility plan for expansion of the downtown campus and adaptive reuse of the existing Hospital. We partnered with Earl Swensson Associates, a nationally recognized healthcare design firm, to provide the experience with a project of this magnitude. ESa’s experience, coupled with our outstanding working relationship with Children’s administrative team, key physicians and staff allowed us to move quickly through the planning engagement. The completed study gave the administrative team the tools necessary to begin moving the project forward. |
