Central Station Offices

This adaptive reuse project is a conversion of an old sheet metal shop into a multi-tenant office building. Twin Construction, the project’s developer and owner, occupies the old shop space which features high ceilings, exposed bar joists, exposed pine roof decking, and polished concrete floors. Large openings cut into the existing masonry walls provide ample daylight. A two-story addition to the original building increased the total leasable area to 10,300 square feet. The development also includes a landscaped, 29 space parking lot.
