BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, a drug research and development company, expanded its facilities to include a new bioanalytical laboratory, additional raw materials storage space, a new dedicated mechanical and controls system for the GMP clean room facility, and office space. Prior to this expansion, Mr. Poole worked with BioCryst to develop a facility master plan to guide expansion projects. A series of projects were implemented including expansion of chemistry laboratories, a new scale-up lab, GMP clean room facility, expansion of the animal holding facility, office space, and new mechanical and electrical systems.
