Poole & Company worked with The Parker Company to develop this five bedroom, six bathroom house in the prestigious suburb of Mountain Brook. The home is built on the foundations of the 1950’s ranch style house originally built on the property. Retaining the foundations and original entrance drive location allowed for the preservation of the site’s grand old southern magnolias, hemlocks and other hardwood trees that are part of the legacy of this community. The exterior details of the home draw from the area’s turn-of-the-century mansions.
