The Chimes Condominiums

The Chimes is a 155,000 square foot, six story luxury “game day” condominium development located five blocks from the University of Alabama’s Bryant-Denny football stadium, and across the street from the football practice field and athletic facilities. The development includes a mixture of two, three and four bedroom units for a total of forty-nine units. The building exterior is a carefully detailed brick veneer with large expanses of aluminum and glass curtain wall system and aluminum railings. Each unit features a private balcony, spacious living and dining area, kitchen with granite counter tops, custom wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances, and ceramic tile kitchens and bathrooms. Building amenities include two levels of secure structured parking beneath the living units, an interior four-story sky-lit atrium with large screen televisions, and a fitness center. Poole & Company worked closely with the developer and contractor to meet a demanding seventeen month construction schedule.
