Development of a Master Facility Plan for the Glenwood Rehab & Convalescent Center campus. The campus includes a mixture of long term care, assisted living and rehabilitation beds for a total of 157 beds. The Phase I study included an assessment of the existing buildings, systems and equipment in order to identify deficiencies, estimate capital costs, and recommend a schedule for expansion and improvement. The study was completed in anticipation of a facility expansion on recently purchased property that adjoins the campus. An architectural assessment of each building was completed, including a summary of current space utilization, capacity for expansion, and adaptive reuse potential. Major building systems evaluated included mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical. A food service facility evaluation was also completed.
