Employee Training & Support Center
Poole & Company worked closely with the Alabama Department of Youth Services to evaluate their needs, develop a space program, and evaluate strategies for accomplishing their goals. The project consists of a new addition and complete renovation of the historical Washington Hall for employee training and support services. It provides employee training classrooms and computer classrooms, equipped with media infrastructure, as well as conference rooms, administrative offices, break areas and other support spaces. Poole & Company understands our responsibility as architects to be good stewards of public funds. Each design decision must be carefully evaluated to create attractive, long-term solutions that reduce maintenance and operating costs.
