Bendy’s Cookies and Cream is the startup creation of Ben and Wendy Treadwell, their first brick and mortar. Working with a tight budget, Poole & Company collaborated with the Owners to deliver an interior fit-up highlighting the ice cream and the makers. The interior finishes are reclaimed barn wood from the landlord’s farm, quartz countertops, subway tile, and polished concrete floors. The atmosphere is a family-friendly modern day ice cream shop interpretation.
