Spaghetti Warehouse

So often developers need due diligence and test programming and planning information from an architect very quickly. This project was one of those efforts; in a matter of days we surveyed (using drone images) the existing building, assessed building integrity, modeled, programmed and rendered the potential development. The developer used the package to test the market and financing.
