­Inspired by the upscale ambience of a 1920’s New York hotel lounge, the client sought to provide a refined cocktail and small plate experience to Mountain Brook, AL. From the wood paneled fireplace and walls to the rug-strewn floor, the design indulges the customer with a warm and cozy approachable atmosphere. The bar’s architecture and interior design takes a cue from the neighborhood’s turn of the century trolley roundabout called Key Circle, incorporating a large, mirrored oculus as its design focal point.
