The project is a 3,000 square foot renovation of an existing ground-floor retail space adjacent to Railroad Park. Working with the client and his food service consultant, we crafted a sophisticated delicatessen including a retail bakery/deli, fifty seat restaurant, twelve-seat bar, and a twenty-seat patio overlooking the Railroad Park.
