The St. John Vianney Priest Residence is a retirement facility for aging priests in the Diocese of Birmingham. The project included the complete renovation of an existing two-story 1960s building, with a new one-story addition, totaling 8,000 square feet of living space. The project included nine private suites as well as community spaces, such as a chapel and courtyard. The home is located in a historic neighborhood, and emphasis was placed on blending with its surroundings. The Priest Residence was a LEED Certified Project.
