Our team worked closely with Harbert Realty to design a modernized lobby for the recognizable Two North Twentieth Building on Morris Ave. The project goals were to modernize finishes and improve traffic flow for visitors. The existing lobby design featured a security desk in the middle of the space, so the client requested an improved configuration to create a direct path to the elevators. The client requested sleek finishes that represent the building's professional tenants, and the interior design team incorporated wood-look acoustical ceiling panels to offer some warmth. Additionally, the project scope included modernizing bathrooms to complete the renovation.
