After eight years of operating his flagship fast-casual downtown Birmingham lunch operation, the client made a strategic decision to renovate the 1,300 square foot restaurant to include a dinner menu and cocktail program. The design adds a dining and cocktail bar, banquet seating, and a community table, increasing the overall seating capacity. The design creates a sophisticated atmosphere to have dinner or enjoy an evening drink while maintaining the iconic Brick & Tin vibe.
