As the Senior Project Manager for Technical Resources and Cost Estimating, John writes all project specifications and provides all budget estimates for the Firm. His experience as an architect project manager and construction project manager benefits our clients with specifications that are coordinated, complete, and tailored to each project. His budget estimates are accurate, close to the contractor's actual cost submitted on bid opening day.
