Merita Bread Railside Development 

An out of town developer asked us to survey the existing 10,000 square foot building used most recently for sales of Merita Bread. The building is in the up and coming Parkside West District, just west of Birmingham’s Railroad Park.  The developer asked for quick development ideas with no particular program in mind. In two weeks we developed a mixed use option including residential, live/work, office and retail to support the multifamily project being built on the same site.
