Shelby joined Poole & Company in September 2025 after graduating from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. During her time in school, she discovered her love for collaborative environments that blend creativity and connection. Marketing allows Shelby to bring those strengths together, combining thoughtful strategy with creative expression to support the growth of others.

In her spare time, Shelby enjoys painting, woodworking, watching movies, and spending time with her family.
