Champions Place

Located at the corner of Hackberry Lane and 11th Street in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Champions Place Condominiums includes a total of 27 units. There are 9 luxury "game-day" units and 18 premium units with 63 bedrooms on three stories and secured parking on-grade beneath the building. There is a private fitness facility and high-end interior features in all units. Project was completed in August 2017.

Camellia Place

The University of Alabama has enjoyed decades of success in athletics and has a following of loyal fans and alumni that return to support their team. Camellia Place Condominiums offers a unique "game-day" experience and atmosphere, located just off campus. Poole & Company designed each of the eighteen two-bedroom units with entertaining and fellowship in mind.  The open plan unfolds from the kitchen in to a spacious living area and to the balcony. The project was completed in August 2019. 

The Chimes

The Chimes is a luxury “game day” condominium development located five blocks from the University of Alabama’s Bryant-Denny football stadium and across the street from the football practice field and athletic facilities. The project features 49 luxury two and three bedroom units overlooking a four-story skylit interior atrium. The atrium provides space for informal gatherings and study areas as well as for pre- and post- game events during the football season. This project exemplifies our ability to achieve a high-quality design within a demanding budget and schedule. The fifteen-month design and construction schedule required a fast track delivery method. Poole & Company worked closely with the developer and contractor to develop the design to meet the project budget and schedule without compromising quality.
