Champions Place

Located at the corner of Hackberry Lane and 11th Street in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Champions Place Condominiums includes a total of 27 units. There are 9 luxury "game-day" units and 18 premium units with 63 bedrooms on three stories and secured parking on-grade beneath the building. There is a private fitness facility and high-end interior features in all units. Project was completed in August 2017.

Camellia Place

The University of Alabama has enjoyed decades of success in athletics and has a following of loyal fans and alumni that return to support their team. Camellia Place Condominiums offers a unique "game-day" experience and atmosphere, located just off campus. Poole & Company designed each of the eighteen two-bedroom units with entertaining and fellowship in mind.  The open plan unfolds from the kitchen in to a spacious living area and to the balcony. The project was completed in August 2019. 

The Walk

Located just a few steps away from the University of Alabama campus, sorority row, and Bryant Denny football stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, The Walk provides a dynamic setting uniquely created for students to grow as people and build community. Poole & Company incorporated a rich offering of amenities including an outdoor pool with tanning deck and twelve-foot television, an equipped fitness on-demand studio, lounge, and private study rooms and outdoor courtyards with games, fire pits, and grilling areas.  Bluetooth phone access control and entry locks and surveillance systems were also incorporated to create a non-threatening but secure environment.  The development includes 89 boutique style units, furnished to optimize space, with a total of 250 bedrooms in a mix of one, two, three, four, and five-bedroom units. Stairs and elevators extend below grade to access the 250 car parking deck and bicycle storage.
